Program name

Nestaid Messaging. Messages are sent by Nestaid Inc. on its own behalf (for example, about a demo request) and, inside the Nestaid platform, on behalf of home care agencies that use Nestaid to reach their caregivers, applicants and clients' families.

What you'll receive

Depending on how you opted in: replies to your inquiry; shift, schedule and coverage messages from your agency; replies to an application you started by call or text, and interview messages; and status updates about a request you made. Message frequency varies.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program. Text HELP for help or contact support@nestaid.us.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your agency's messages are sent under that agency's relationship with you; Nestaid's own marketing messages are sent only after you opt in on this website. How caregivers opt in, with the exact consent language, is documented on the SMS Consent Flow page.
