Frequently asked questions
Is AI-native the same as agentic AI?
Related, not identical. Agentic describes how the AI works: it plans and takes actions with tools. AI-native describes how the software is built, with the agents running on the same engine as the humans. A bolt-on bot can be agentic and still not AI-native, because it can't reach the schedule.
Isn't every vendor adding AI now?
Most are adding AI features: a chat window over reports, a phone bot that takes messages. The five tests above separate a feature from staff. Ask any vendor to fill a call-out end-to-end in the demo.
Does AI-native mean no humans?
No. It means the AI does the outreach and the chasing, and humans do the judgment. Every Nestaid agent has a boundary and a boss, and you set how high it sits on the autonomy ladder.
