The caregiver app that respects the caregiver.
Available on iOS today, with Android coming soon. Give caregivers their schedule, care-plan tasks and visit documentation in one app, connected to the same operating system your office uses.

One visit, end to end
Everything the visit needs is in the visit.
No second app, no paper, no text to the office afterwards. This is the visit, start to finish.

Out in the field
It works where the job is, not where the wifi is.
A basement, a dead zone, a phone on its last bar. None of it should cost a caregiver their hours.

The clock-in never waits for a bar
Clock in with no signal at all. The events queue on the phone and sync themselves when the network comes back.

Notifications that name nothing
Open shifts and reminders carry no client, no address, no diagnosis, and every time on them is agency-local.
Guardrails
What it will never do.
Push notifications carry no PHI; caregivers use the app only, never the office web app. How we handle data

Built into the engine, the same for people and agents
Never puts PHI in a push · Coverage outreach never names the client.
Never waits for a bar · Clock-in, clock-out and tasks queue on the phone and sync when it reconnects.
Never asks for the web app · Caregivers only ever use this one.
Never guesses a timezone · Every time on screen is agency-local.
Who works beside them
Two of the staff work off this app.
Coverage outreach honors the availability declared in the app; the EVV Expert follows up on late clock-ins.

What does the Nestaid caregiver app do?
The Nestaid caregiver app for iOS gives caregivers a fast GPS clock-in that works offline, today's shifts with tasks from the care plan, in-shift mileage and expenses, and the ability to request open visits, declare availability and request a call-out. Push notifications never contain client information. Android is coming soon.
